 The God and Me curriculum is designed to help children become best friends with Jesus and tell their story of “God and Me” together. Activities reinforce the Bible lessons and provide opportunities for families to explore God’s love together. Classes are intended for the scout and their parent or guardian.
Cub Scouts earn the BSA Religious Award knot through participation and completion of this course. The knot is proudly worn on the scout uniform throughout Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and once earned as a youth is the only youth award knot that can be worn on the adult uniform.
Grades 1 - 3
Goals:
· Provide an opportunity for young people and families to explore their faith together;
· Help scouts realize that God is active in every part of their lives;
· Help scouts know that Jesus is their best friend;
· Memorize the Lord’s Prayer
